CupCakes: Fun 5 Petal Whimsical Flowers & Polka Dots

We recently created this fun assortment of whimiscal and pastel cupcakes for a birthdat party!

Sugar Polka Dots & Pastel Whimisical Flowers top each cupcake! I love the contrast of the colored vanilla buttercream frosting along with the chocolate buttercream.

Whimsical Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter Tea Party Cake

Rose calls each year with a challenge to create a special cake for her daughter! Can I tell you how much I love a challenge!

Her extravagant party themes have ranged from Dora the Explorer to Barns and Ponies! What fun we have!

This year we created a whimsical and wonky three tiered creation for an Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter Tea Party birthday celebration!

Bright pinks, purples, greens, yellow and orange create a wild Alice-inspired palette and a sugar tea cup tops the cake!

CupCake Stand Top Cake & CupCakes: Amethyst Purple & Violet

We created this top cake and cupcakes to fit onto our small cupcake stand (holds 30-40 cupcakes). The top cake included a pearlized bow on a Victorian lavendar frosted buttercream cake. Whimsical 4 petal flowers in dark amethyst decorate the cake and cupcakes. The cupcakes are frosted in both pale Victorian lavendar buttercream and white vanilla buttercream.

We created these fun and funky whimsical cupcakes for an Alice in Wonderland themed birthday party in Assonet, Massachusetts.

Bold colored cupcakes designs included "This Way" and "Eat Me" sugar coins along with whimsical and bold colored flowers and leaves. These mad hatter style cupcakes are a great addition to bridal showers or children's birthday parties and even afternoon tea.

Whimsical & Sculpted: Tea Pot Cake

We created this fun and whimsical tea pot cake for a little girls tea party! Bright colors or hot pink, royal blue, kelly green, and pearl white were the colors of the day.

Tiny flowers filled the tea pot on tiny stems with green leaves. Squiggly pearls jump out from the cake as well!

We included the inscription on the side of the cake and a string of pearls makes the perfect finish at the base of each tier.



We delivered this cake to Marion, Massachusetts.

Disney Fairy Cake

We love making this tiered cake for little girls birthdays! What little girl doesn't love fairies, flowers and woodland creatures!



This two tiered fondant cake, covered in a mossy green tinted base has blades of grass placed individually on the base of each tier in variegated tones of green. Five petal pale pink daisies and green sugarpaste leaves along with dark chocolate mushroom add a bit of whimsy to this fun birthday cake.




The cake flavor includes devilish chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling with fondant covering.

Whimsical Flowers

We had a blast with this fun and fanciful two tiered birthday cake, made especially for the owner of Acushnet Flower Shop in Acushnet, MA. What a great cake this would make for the center of each table at any wedding. This cake was alternating layers of red velvet and vanilla butter cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and filling. Calla lillies, daisies, sunflowers, ribbon roses, buds and leaves made the perfect topper.
