Sculpted Cake: Number "10" for Tenth Birthday
We created this number "10" sculpted tenth birthday cake for a recent order. A "1" and "0" handsculpted out of cake - nope we don't use a pan in these shapes- were created with funky bright colors: electric pink, electric green, electric blue and electric purple.
These cakes can be created in an numerical secquence and number combination for 40th, 30th, 50th, 70th, or even 100th birthday celebrations! We have color schemes for men, women and children and any theme.

Table Cakes- Edible Centerpieces

A huge trend we're seeing are Table Cakes - basically edible centerpieces! Today we sculpted 14 cakes with peridot, truffle, latte, blue lavender and champage colors. Each cake had a ribbon rose topper along with polka dots and a simple rope border. As I loaded the cakes into the van I took this first picture- the cakes are lined up like little soldiers ready for their trip to the reception site: Independence Harbor in Assonet, MA. The cakes were alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla with raspberry marmalade and chocolate truffle filling.
