Wedding Desserts: Display of CupCakes, Cheesecake and Specialty Cake

Something different is on the menu for our post today.

We recently designed and executed this display of cupcakes, chocolate cheesecake and coconut mounds cake for a small wedding reception celebration in Wareham, Massachusetts.

The cupcakes and cakes are decorated with edible organic real flower blossoms from a local farm. These nasturshiams decorate the cupcakes and the rosettes of icing and ganache on the large cheesecake and cake.

Oldies but Goodies

Here are some cakes from past years. Some are classic buttercream cakes with hods to the 1950's - 1970's. Others are fun designed focused around the seashore, sea shells
