Celebrating cupcake week! I'll be posting a new design at least once a day throughout the week, these monogram impression cupcakes are one of my favorite designs.

Flat Sculpted: Quarter Century Cake

Celebrating "25" is a little more special with this quarter century Flat Sculpted Cake. What is "flat sculpted"? Well, it means that we cut our sheet cakes in the shape of numbers or any other fun shape and then frost it in buttercream then cover it in rolled fondant. Flat sculpted cakes are a more cost effective way to get the illusion of a sculpted cake and also there is no need to worry about traveling with a tiered cake.



Flat sculpted cakes can serve as few guests as 16!
